Molly is often the first point of contact for new clients and an ongoing relationship manager for existing clients. From the first introduction through document requests, onboarding and follow-up, she keeps communication clear, next steps organized and questions routed to the right person. Molly connects clients with the Toms and helps make the Cove experience feel coordinated, responsive and personal at every stage.
