Our story

The Cove name reflects a calm place to organize the facts, understand the choices and move forward with clear next steps.

2013
Accountable Tax Advisors is founded by Tom Sr. in New York, after more than a decade in New York tax practice. Tom Jr. joins as a college intern the same year.
2016
Tom Jr. becomes a fully licensed financial advisor.
2020
Tom Jr. is licensed as a tax preparer. Both Toms now practice across tax and financial planning.
2021
Rebrand. Accountable Tax Advisors becomes Cove Accounting. Cove Financial launches at the same time, consolidating what had been separate accounting and financial-planning practices under one integrated brand. The vision: tax, accounting, and financial planning under one roof, delivered with an educational approach.
Today
Two offices, one in Boca Raton, FL and one in Staten Island, NY, serving clients across the country.
